The Models For Management Seminars were developed as a result of the research of Dr. Jay Hall, PhD. that began in the 1970's
in his work with NASA. Dr. Hall engaged a research based, data driven project on performance management called The Achieving
Manager. He surveyed over 16,000 managers and 48,000 co-workers and since then thousands more have been added to the study
to uncover scientifically what constitutes The Achieving Manager. As a result, 9 modules were developed and the Teleometrics'
Models For Management Seminars were created.
Module 1: Management Values
Module 2: Employee Involvement
Module 3: Communication
Module 4: Work Motivation
Module 5: Empowerment
Module 6: Group Decision Making/Teambuilding
Module 7: Management Style
Module 8: The Competence Process (Optional)
Module 9: Competence Clarification (Optional)
Each module can be done as a series or on a stand alone basis and is delivered live with the support of multi-media aids
and state-of-the-art assessment tools and exercises. This process is designed to totally inculcate a correct, competent,
and scientifically demonstrated philosophy about how to lead and manage people within an organization. By the end of the
process, your managers will be totally persuaded that the managing style for The Achieving Manager is the preferred way to
guide and maximize organizational performance.
A train the trainer certification process is also available for in-house corporate facilitators.
